Our Journey to Better Service
TriTex Services was founded by Larry, Dale, and Justin, who collectively dedicated over 40 years to a large "big box" forklift repair company. While they witnessed growth, they also observed a decline in customer satisfaction and genuine responsiveness. Service became slower, communication became harder, and customers were often routed through automated systems instead of connecting with someone who understood their needs.

The owners started TriTex Services to re-establish what service should truly be: fast response times, clear communication, and real people answering the phone. From day one, TriTex made a simple commitment: profits will never come before people. They built the company around showing up, following through, and staying connected to customers in the way service businesses used to operate.
